Wholly-owned by Chief Executive Officer, Richard A. Dorfman, RAI works with motivated management teams and successful entrepreneurs who aspire to grow their companies through mergers and acquisitions and/or selective capital raisings, with the ultimate goal being an “exit” via either an IPO or eventual sale of the company. Current holdings include MSCI Inc., a provider of investment decision support tools, Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., a producer and distributor of motion pictures and television programs, and T3i Group, a telecommunications database and information services company.
